Exhibited Life Stories to enhance the occasion!

Display panels, celebrating the life and achievements of a dear friend or personality, for guests to peruse during a reception or wake in their honour.

DISPLAY Tributes

Our DISPLAY Tributes generally consist of 12 x A1 panels, each highlighting a different chapter or element of the person's life, with the excetion of the cover panel. For instance :

This is a bespoke service, therefore the choice of themes can vary and could include, for instance, panels dedicated to highlights in the person's career, such as military action for a war veteran.

Clients could expect their DISPLAY Tributes to include:

Timeline and photos from all stages of the person's life.
Photos (profession, sport, performance, hobbies...)
Location shots (houses lived in, schools attended, key events etc.)
Artwork (their own creations, such as paintings, photography, music sheets, ...)
Testimonials (memories and messages provided by their entourage)
Archive or curated documents and memorabilia (Maps, Letters, Citations, Certificates etc.)
Other artwork and effects (created by LifeScribe to enhance the display)
and of course, plenty of text recounting their life story!

All commissions benefit from hours of 1:1 discussion so that we can get to know the subject character well and fully appreciate the context and desired tone and tempo of the tribute.

Once the client confirms the final artwork is ready for print, the panels will be printed in A1 size on thick paper (to avoid risk of tearing), rolled up and delivered in cardboard tubes. The framing and mounting of the panels will normally be the responsibility of the client, however this is something we could look after at extra cost depending upon location. A site inspection may be required so that we can fully appreciate the style and layout of the venue which will determine the capacity and position of the panels. The client will also receive a PDF copy of the display to share with attendees after the event.

Mileage for Site Visits / Interviews : As per the current HMRC Mileage Allowance.

Subsistence for Site Visits / Interviews : Price upon request

Contributor Recordings (Film or Audio): From £150/hour

Archive Licensing: Price upon request

Bespoke Illustrations and Photography : Price upon request

Bespoke Poetry : Price upon request

Bespoke Artwork : Price upon request

Interactive Tactile Display Tributes : Price upon request.

Entirely bespoke, our DISPLAY Tributes are best suited to the reception element of Lifetime Achievement Award Ceremonies, Senior Milestone Birthdays, Anniversaries, Memorial Events and Funerals. Any of these occasions would benefit from a wall display paying tribute to the life of the person (or people) being honoured that day. Guests can peruse the display at their leisure during the reception and you may choose to send them a PDF copy of the panels (reduced to A4) as a token of gratitude for their attendance and as a keepsake for them to enjoy and share with their household.
